Do most girls like to see guys underwear?

On rare occasions they are days when I wear big pants and or cant find my belt. While my female friends will tell me my pants are falling so I dont get embared. I notice that other girls who around them when they tell me this will stare at my backside (with underwear on) until I entirely pull my pants up.
