Tipping a blackjack dealer??

I tip when I win. You can also play for the dealer by places an additional chip above yours. They know what to do if you say you want them "to" play too. They really appreciate that. I only tip when I lose if I have a few bucks left over after getting creamed and I toss it to them. If I bet 25 a hand I give them 5. 100 usually 10 or 20 bucks.
