I am trying to lose weight, will skipping one meal and eating only fruits in other meals help?
I have recently started to exercise on the cross trainer for 20 minutes... i weigh 62 kgs and I am 5'3 in height. I want to lose around 10 kgs and that too very fast, ( sorry if u think this is not the proper way but its very important, i wanna lose weight as soon as possible) I might not sound too heavy but trust me I look fat with a pot belly and double chin, my face looks swollen and bloated...will eating only one meal per day help and I can eat fruits in other meals and yea I wanted to know if bottled juice are fattening? yea I m 26 years old!
