Talk to your doctor about it, they have great medicines to help control it until your system gets back to normal. My guess is the antibiotics screwed your system up. The antibiotics for h-pylori are VERY strong to kill the virus. You may even want to take some fiber pills as well and make sure you drink plenty of water.
