How do i make my own tote bag without sewing?

Alright, my mother would be ashamed that I'm telling this to the public, but I can't sew worth a donkey's ***. I love doing artsy projects, however. My current proposition is to attempt to make my very own tote bags. I know I'll need to buy some cute fabrics and such, but does anyone know how I could avoid to sewing? (While keeping the bag very durable of course) Thanks to all of those who answer!
