Why is it called "Operation Iraqi Freedom" if you're looking for WMD?

The turn the wheel and whatever two letters it lands on determines the first letter of the two names for the operation. So, for the operations to free Kuwait, D & S. Desert Shield and Desert Storm. For this, I & F. It just becomes a matter of coming up with a couple of catchy words.
