Ok so I want to buy Starcraft 2 to play on a PC. I don't know anything about computers.?

This is my graphics card in my laptop : Intel GMA 4500MHD Dynamic Video Memory Technology 5.0. I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. Hopefully that is enough info. Please help. Oh and please dont waste my time by just trash talking Dell.
