Nintendo DS Wi-FI USB connector help and other help?

Hi. UGG! Ok well, i downloaded or tried to download that lates versionon the nintendo.com sie and it stoped lke maybe at 13% and has not moved. Should i get another USB connector? It says that it works for the DS but its not! I need like help please. Can you help?
