2000 Cirrus E-brake light?

My 00 Cirrus will show the BRAKE light while I'm driving. It will blink when I start the car and then will go off like it should and then it will reappear the moment I hit 15 mph (which incidentally is the speed at which my doors lock). The parking brake is not engaged and even when I stop, engage it, and then take it off the light is still there. I have no clue, any help is much appreciated.
