What can I do to restore my faith in my fellow humans?

I’m just really down on everyone tonight, for some reason. I just lashed out on the comment thread of a pro-life youtube video made by Catholic sbags trying to further their primitive goals by using Obama’s life as a way of guilt-tripping people into following their primitive morality. It made me so angry that they would lie like this and still fool people into thinking that they have the moral high-ground. I don’t want to spend my life hating them but they make me so freakin angry! In moods like this, I would welcome news of a giant asteroid about to hit the earth, wiping us all out. Does anyone else ever feel like this and what do you do to make it go away?
