Is this Chicken still good?

I bought this package chicken about two weeks ago and it had a date that said Use or Freeze by June 2. I froze it immediately when I got home from the store. Then on June 2nd I took it out of my freezer and put it in my fridge to thaw and make for dinner. Something came up and I didn't use the chicken and forgot it was in my fridge. I went out of town for a few days and came home today to find this chicken still in my fridge. Is there any chance that it is still usable or should I just throw it out?
