How is IMS Ghaziabad, is it a good institute from all aspect exposure, growth and placement?? Please reply?

My brother has got selected for PGDBM at IMS Ghaziabad, the fees of Rs 8 lakh for 2 years. Will it be good for pursuing a course from this institute.
